To take Master or Doctoral degree the applicant should complete the following required documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Scan of Statement letter for funding\u00a0(download)<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Scan of statement letter for obeying UPI and Indonesian Rules\u00a0(download)<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Scan of Current health certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Scan of Passport\u00a0(JPEG, see the\u00a0example<\/strong><\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Scan of Passport Cover\u00a0(JPEG, see the\u00a0example<\/strong><\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Scan of completion certificate of the last educational background<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Scan of academic transcript for the last educational background<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Scan of Recommendation from the previous university<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Scan of Recommendation from a lecturer in a previous university<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Soft file Photo 3 cm x 4 cm<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Scan of certificate\/card of a full dose vaccine (in English)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Study Plan\u00a0(download)<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Scan of English Test Proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, etc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Preferably able to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
