Jadi, Positive Coping adalah respon positif terhadap sebuah peristiwa atau situasi tertentu, baik dalam permasalahn sehari- sehari maupun peristiwa besar dalam hidup kita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimensi positive coping terbagi dari:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pertama, kecenderungan berfokus pada lingkungan eksternal, kesehatan fisik, atau perilaku kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kedua, kecenderungan berfokus pada faktor psikologis, yaitu harapan, sikap, atau keyakinan yang digunakan orang untuk menafsirkan peristiwa kehidupan dan memberinya makna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun sumber coping terdapat pada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Emosi yang positif&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Pemahaman\/penafsiraan sebuah peristiwa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Optimisme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.Self-efficacy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
