Terdapat 2 pembicara yang memberikan materi pada kesempatan kali ini yaitu Dr. Tina Hayati Dahlan, S.Psi., M.Pd yang merupakan ketua prodi Psikologi Pendidikan UPI dan Annisya Muthmainnah, S.Psi yang merupakan trainer mental health. Materi pertama membahas seputar kesehatan mental yang meliputi keadaan-keadaan yang tidak nyaman, emosi-emosi negatif, dan cara mengelolanya agar tetap sehat secara mental. Pada materi kedua, dibahas tentang quarter life crisis yang meliputi penjelasan tentang apa itu masa quarter life crisis dan bagaimana cara untuk menghadapinya.
