The implementation of International Virtual Course 2021 programs has ended. On November 19th , 2021, a meeting was held as the opportunity for IVC participants to present the results of their group discussions as part of the final project of this program.
Previously, international and local participants were divided into several groups and given topics of discussion according to the material that had been presented by some guest lecturers previously. In this final project, participants were asked to find a solution to the problems given by discussing and searching for relevant literature. During the discussion period, the participants were facilitated to conduct discussions through zoom meetings. In addition, the discussion also took place through the WA group. This was a solution to the distance that separates the participants which came from different countries.
On the day of implementation, the presentation session was divided into two different classes. In each of these classes there is a lecturer who provides feedback on the material presented by the participants. Furthermore, Dr. Tina Hayati Dahlan, M.Pd. Psikolog was on duty in class 1 and Hani Yulindrasari, Ph.D was in class 2. There were also discussion session at the end of each presentation which allowed the audience to ask questions or convey their opinions to the presenter.
This activity was also an opportunity to officially close the IVC 2021 program. At the closing, there was Dr. Nia Nafisa, SS., M.Pd as head of division of International Development directorate of International Affairs. She said that there was a blessing in disguise through this program because the pandemic was able to unite all of participants from far apart regions to study together.
Before ending the event, the participants were asked to convey messages and feelings during this activity. Furthermore, Dr. Tina Hayati Dahlan, M.Pd. Psikolog, as the head of the educational psychology study program expressed his hope that there would be further collaboration and cooperation to the participants.
