Pada hari Kamis, 1 Maret 2018, Program Studi Psikologi Pendidikan Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia menyelenggarakan Seminar Nasional dengan tema “Kultur dalam Pendidikan, Menumbuhkan Kesadaran Budaya pada Pendidik”, bertempat di Ruang Auditorium Sekolah Pascasarjana UPI. Seminar yang dibuka oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Ademik dan Kemahasiswaan UPI (Dr. H. M. Solehuddin, M.Pd.) dihadiri 167 peserta yang mayoritas berasal dari kalangan akademisi, seperti: para guru, mahasiswa, dan juga dosen.

Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia (Prof. Dr. Muhajir Effendi, M.A.P.)  yang sedianya mejadi keynote speaker, pada kesempatan tersebut diwakili Kepala Staf Ahli Bidang Inovasi dan Daya Saing Kemendikbud RI (Ir. Ananto Kusuma Seta, M.Sc, Ph.D.). Dalam pemaparannya tentang “Pendidikan Berbasis Budaya”, Ir. Ananto menjelaskan mengenai keterkaitan budaya dan pendidikan, serta apa saja obyek kemajuan budaya dan implementasinya. Beliau juga menjelaskan bagaimana menghadirkan joyful and deep learning environment pada intra-curriculum, co-curriculum, dan extra-curriculum, dalam sebagai upaya mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi sejak dini. Beliau menutup pemaparannya dengan gagasan tentang bagaimana menghadirkan guru abad 21 dengan pedagogi yang mencerahkan.

Seminar ini juga menghadirkan tiga pembicara lainnya. Pertama, Associate Prof Kiyomi Banda (SANNO University, Tokyo Jepang), yang menjelaskan topik tentang “Culture Psychology in Education”. Miss Kiyomi (begitu beliau kerap disapa), menyampaikan aspek-aspek psikologis warga negara Jepang dalam budaya Jepang. Beliau juga menyampaikan hasil-hasil penelitian komparatif pendidikan dalam budaya Jepang dan budaya Amerika Serikat, yang menggambarkan bagaimana budaya suatu bangsa dapat memengaruhi cara ibu mendidik anaknya dan bagaimana anak merespon bimbingan orangtuanya, yang selanjutnya akan memengaruhi kemajuan suatu bangsa.

Pembicara kedua, Ibu Vina Adriany. M.Ed, Ph.D. (Ketua Prodi Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini SPs UPI), dengan materi “Bias dan Kesetaraan Gender dalam Pendidikan”, menjelaskan bahwa dalam pendidikan masih banyak ditemukan bias gender dan kurang memperhatikan kesetaraan gender. Lebih lanjut, beliau menjelaskan bahwa gambar-gambar dalam buku teks dan poster-poster di TK masih mengkotak-kotakkan profesi yang sesuai untuk laki-laki dan perempuan. Ibu Vina mengakhiri penjelasannya dengan mengungkapkan gagasan tentang apa saja yang harus dilakukan untuk mewujudkan kesetaraan gender dalam pendidikan.

Pembicara terakhir adalah Dr. Tina Hayati Dahlan, M.Pd, Psikolog (Ketua Prodi Psikologi Pendidikan SPs UPI), yang membawakan materi “Peran Kultur Keluarga dalam Pendidikan” untuk menggantikan Dr. Hendrianti Agustiani, Psikolog (Dekan Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Padjajaran) yang berhalangan hadir. Dalam pemaparannya, Ibu Tina menjelaskan bagaimana nilai keluarga dapat memengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak, cara belajar anak, dan bagaimana anak berfungsi di masyarakat dari generasi ke generasi. Selanjutnya, dijelaskan juga bagaimana nilai keluarga terbangun, apa saja nilai mendidik anak, dan kekuatan keluarga. Terakhir, beliau mengatakan bahwa orang tua perlu melakukan apa yang dinyatakan Ki Hajar Dewantara, yakni, ing ngarsa sung tulada (di depan memberi contoh), ing madya mangun karsa (di tengah memberi semangat), tut wuri handayani (di belakang memberi dorongan) .

Salah seorang peserta seminar yang merupakan Guru BK, Mulyani, menuturkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi guru, karena selain menambah wawasan juga dapat menambah pengetahuan baru yang dapat diaplikasikan di sekolah. (Husna, 2018).

    встречные пути трамваев;
    – повторно ехал по встречке на односторонней дороге;

    – не оплатил парковку;
    – пересек железнодорожные пути вне переезда;

    При остальных нарушениях скидка на штрафы ПДД действует.

    Срок оплаты штрафа со скидкой
    Скидка на штрафы ГИБДД действует
    в течение 20 дней с момента вынесения
    постановления. Максимум можно оплатить до полуночи 20-го дня, после чего придется гасить долг
    полностью.
    Если уведомление задержалось, потерялось на почте, ушло
    не на тот адрес либо водитель получил письмо позже, так как был в командировке, отпуске или больнице, можно восстановить истекший срок
    оплаты штрафа со скидкой.
    Для этого нужно составить ходатайство в произвольной
    форме и направить в ГИБДД, из которого пришло постановление.

    В заявлении необходимо привести доводы, по которым хотите восстановить
    срок уплаты штрафа ГИБДД со скидкой 50%.

    В качестве доказательств приложите подтверждающие документы: справку из больницы, билеты, выписку из почтового
    реестра и т. п.
    Если причина уважительная и документы это подтвердят, срок
    оплаты штрафа ГИБДД со скидкой 50% восстановят.
    Если доводы и подтверждающие документы неубедительны,
    в восстановлении откажут.
