Abstract: This research is motivated by the field’s factual background regarding the inadequate quality of teacher-student relationships in elementary schools (SD), which even tend to be less pedagogical (Nurihsan, et al., 2018). Meanwhile, research has been conducted for two consecutive years (2018; 2019) on the development of a pedagogical communication model based on Student-Teacher Relationship (STR) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to enhance the quality of teacher-student relationships in elementary schools (Nurihsan, et al., 2018; 2019). In the first year (2018), an instrument to express the quality of teacher-student relationships in elementary schools was obtained, certified with the number EC00201856956, and in the second year (2019), a module for the development of teacher-student relationships based on the STR and NLP theories was also obtained, certified with the number EC00201992623. Based on this, the aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the implementation of the developed model and to examine its impact on the quality of teacher-student relationships in elementary schools.
