The outputs from this training program facilitate teachers’ competencies in using cognitive strategies, as demonstrated by the average test score on cognitive strategies of 70.7. Additionally, participants also showed an increase in mindfulness, indicated by an average test score on mindfulness of 77.3. From this data, it is understood that teachers can comprehend how students receive, learn, remember, and think about information and determine the appropriate strategies to facilitate the optimization of these cognitive functions. Mindful teaching helps teachers overcome stress in teaching and fosters acceptance of the challenges they face, thus mutually reinforcing and benefiting all parties in the classroom.
